Our Adventurers Program at North Star Academy is designed for preschool and pre-kindergarten children aged 3 and 4 years old. This program promotes hands-on learning experiences through interactive activities that nurture their development and prepare them for kindergarten and beyond, all within a Christian framework.

Frog Street Curriculum
The Frog Street curriculum is at the core of our Adventurers Program, offering research-based, age-appropriate activities that stimulate cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development. Science experiments encourage curiosity and critical thinking. Dramatic play allows children to explore different roles and scenarios, enhancing social skills and creativity. Creative art projects and music and movement activities provide outlets for self-expression and physical development. Christian Integration
Our Adventurers Program is infused with Christian values, teaching children about biblical principles through daily activities and interactions. Chapel days provide a time for worship and learning about biblical principles, helping children develop a strong moral foundation.

Nature Explore and Mud Days
As a certified Nature Explore site, our program provides preschoolers with opportunities to connect with the natural world. Outdoor exploration activities create a nurturing environment where children can engage with nature through sensory play and guided activities. Special mud days offer unique opportunities for sensory exploration, where children can safely engage with
natural elements. These experiences enhance learning, foster environmental awareness, and develop a sense of adventure.
